Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
tk19 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. You must confirm your correct age at the time of registration. tk19 may request ID or proof of age for verification at any time.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may only open one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses will be cancelled.
2.3 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. If your details change, notify the support team immediately.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure safe and transparent service, tk19 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this verification is completed.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Transfer
Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the relevant account will be permanently closed.
3.3 Account Inactivity
tk19 reserves the right to take necessary action on accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Contact support to reactivate your account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit funds into tk19. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method). Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Deposits using third-party accounts are prohibited
- Contact support for any issues related to deposits
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
4.3 Currency
tk19 supports only Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All transactions will be completed in Taka.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the combined amount of the deposit and the bonus.
- The bonus is given only once, on the first deposit
- The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met
- The wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus expires
- After receiving a bonus, the bonus funds alone cannot be withdrawn — wagering must be completed on the total amount including the original deposit
5.2 VIP Program
tk19 has three VIP levels:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week
There is an opportunity to advance to higher levels based on regular gaming activity. VIP members will receive additional benefits and exclusive offers.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
tk19 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus. Attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure and bonus cancellation. Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts is a punishable offence.
Gaming Policy
6.1 Fair Play
tk19 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Our games are developed by reputable providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical issue causes an error in a game result, tk19 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the relevant amount. In such cases, our decision will be considered final.
6.3 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game. Compliance with these limits is mandatory. Users may set their own betting limits to ensure responsible gaming.
6.4 Game Access
Certain games or categories may be restricted in specific regions. tk19 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game at any time.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk19 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Abusing the bonus system fraudulently
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to operate games
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Attempting to access the platform's security systems or hacking
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Creating an account using a false identity

- Service unavailability due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government directives, etc.)
- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error
In the event of any technical problem, tk19 will attempt to resolve it and may consider compensation where applicable. However, this will not be considered a legal liability.
Account Closure and Suspension
10.1 Closure at User Request
You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any eligible remaining balance before closing the account.
10.2 Closure by tk19
tk19 may close or suspend an account without notice for the following reasons:
- Breach of terms and conditions
- Evidence of fraudulent activity
- Providing false information
- Legal or regulatory reasons
- Account identified as belonging to a minor

Dispute Resolution
